  16. Hello. Addison-Wesley Publishing Co. is looking for reviewers to review 
  17. a short proposal - 16 pgs. (Preface & TOC manuscript). The title: "The 
  18. Web Access Framework: C++ Objects for Internet Programming". This 
  19. proposed book describes in detail how the WWW works and how to use 
  20. Object-Oriented Technology to build WWW applications. The book would 
  21. include a CD-ROM. To qualify, please forward a breif description of your 
  22. experience (i.e. if you teach a course, what industry you work for,
